I don't know the original, but that doesn't matter - this version kicks ass. Your playing and singing are really impressive here.
I'm a sucker for the combination of a piano and a girls voice - gets me everytime.
Great job Anne-Marie

I am a HUGE fan of the Who and I was quite worried when you said you would be puttin on behind blue eyes cos its one of their greatest songs.
However you have done an amazing job. The piano is simple nothing like arty farty just the amazing riff like and the vocals are very emotional and the harmonies you have nailed.
This shows maturity and unexpected greatness (I don't mean that in a bad way but its hard to cover a who song and make it great... you have.

Didn't know The Who wrote the original. (yes, yes I'm a rotten bastard for not knowing The Who wrote it) Thought it was Limp Bizkit. And I like the Limp Bizkit version very much because of the voice of Fred Durst. And they are all very good musicians too.
Anyway...
I like the piano in this thing. The riff is plaid nice and smooth tho' I think you had a tiny little pause in somewhere so it sounded disjointed for about a second, but otherwise the piano work is pretty good (can't say anything about the technique tho'. I'm not that good listener...)
The vocals were nice, but didn't catch my attention (like grab my balls and tell me to listen to them). The piano was the thing that catched my attention in this. I don't know if it's the mix or something, but the vocals just didn't make me go to... anything. You sang in tune and all, but it just didn't get to me.
So the piano is a plus, but the vocals go fifty-fifty.

It’s cool that you play a real piano, not an electric piano, not a MIDI keyboard but one of great big whacking wooden things that takes up all the room in the house. No hiding with one of those (except inside it maybe) . Yeah, really nice piano playing. I’ve always liked your voice and think your singing technique has improved so much over the last year. Still so young too. Remember me when your famous. A great song to cover - you do it justice.

absolutley beautiful paino there, it gives the track a bizarre sense of surrealism! the vocal echo's are well suited too. You have a lovely voice which sounds so eary with this fantastic cover, a very big from me
